 Vitamin A is a group of unsaturated nutritional organic compounds. It plays a big role in your body. Vitamin A does not only help you  grow it improves how your lungs function, and your lungs are very important.
   
Vitamin A is very useful for your lungs, kidneys and other vital organs. It also comes to use when you’ve got broken skin and want it to be healthier. It also plays a big role in your eyes. Your eyes are very important so vitamin A is very important too. It even improves your night vision.

There are two types of vitamin A. Type one vitamin a is found in meat, poultry, fish and dairy products. The second type, pro-vitamin A is found in fruits, vegetables and other plant-based products.

Having vitamin A can save you a lot of money. Not just because it can act like a medicine but most women spend their money on beauty products and vitamin A really improves your skin. It can also save your money because it improves eyesight and you wouldn’t have to buy glasses.


Vitamin A has much more uses besides having healthy skin, healthy lungs and perfect skin. So vitamin A is proven to be very important.
